Tubes for Goo

If you are like me you might buy your health and beauty products in bulk.  Recently I got tired of wrestling with a one liter bottle of shampoo in the shower and went in search of smaller bottles into which I could transfer that shampoo.  I found a lot of choices in the travel section.  They were fine but they felt clunky and overly stiff.  After a little more searching I found the Go Toobs.   These are made of flexible silicon and have several nice features.  Each has a suction cup which allows you to stick them to the wall of the shower or the bathroom mirror.  They also have an "orifice" opening which helps prevent drips.  The cap also has an indicator that allows you to say what is in the container (shampoo, conditioner, etc), although I find these hard to read.

One word of warning.  There are some fluids that are not compatible with the GoToobs.  There is a full list on their website.  I drop them into a zip lock bag before I travel with them just to be safe (it is also TSA required).  They are a little pricey (about $20 for 3) but they are great bottles! Rogify your life with a set.

I am not sure how electricians do it?  They always seem to put that receptacle right where the furniture should sit.  Want to plug in your alarm clock or bedside lamp?  It will probably be behind the bed.  Pushing furniture up against an electrical cord can bend and break the cord.  This is not only a fire risk but also can ruin your electronics.   A flat plug means the cords of your electronics will not be bent.  Running an extension cord from behind furniture also avoids the need to move furniture when you have something new to plug in. You can Rogify your life by picking up these simple extension cords.
